Accredited Load Cell Force Calibration By Us in Our Lab A2LA Accredited Load Cell Force Calibration Services Through 2,250,000 LBF. Featuring Deadweight Calibration up to 120,000 LBF Directly Traceable to N.I.S.T.
Our force standards laboratory has facilities for calibrating from 0.1 LBF through
2,250,000
LBF, or its equivalent in Kilograms force or Newtons in compression and
1,225,000 in tension under controlled conditions
featuring Deadweight Calibrations up to 120,000 LBF with weights directly
calibrated by N.I.S.T.. The calibration of all of our equipment is traceable to the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology
(N.I.S.T). All force standards used by Morehouse comply with ASTM specification E 74 and iso guide 17025.
Our Dead Weight uncertainty is .002%
of applied load. This allows us to offer the best possible calibration of
load cells. When the calibration standard has such low uncertainties
it often benefits the standard being calibrated lowering that standards
calibration uncertainty.
We offer A2LA accredited ASTM E74
calibrations. Many other force calibrations facilities may be A2LA
accredited, but do not offer A2LA accredited ASTM E74 calibrations.
We are also the only commercial accredited force calibration offering Dead
